Our Story

The work began along two parallel paths. In his personal AI work, Ishmael Wiggins repeatedly encountered a familiar limitation of early LLMs: hallucinations that disrupted progress, undermined trust, and often resulted in lost or unusable work. The promise of AI was clear, but without reliable alignment, its usefulness plateaued quickly.

At the same time, as an IT professional in the Finance Sector, AI was largely inaccessible altogether. Strict regulatory and compliance requirements made widespread AI adoption impossible—not because of a lack of interest, but because existing systems could not meet the standards for safety, accountability, or human oversight.

Together, these experiences raised a deeper set of questions: Why did AI systems fail so easily in practice, and what would need to change for them to be used safely, effectively, and within best practices in high-stakes environments? Rather than treating hallucinations and compliance as separate problems, Ishmael recognized them as symptoms of the same underlying issue—misalignment between humans, systems, and intent. Solving that problem became the foundation of the Wiggins Protocol and, ultimately, the WigginsMethod™.

Our work is grounded in the Wiggins Protocol, a scientific methodology for achieving bidirectional cognitive symbiosis between humans and AI. From this foundation, we developed the WigginsMethod™—our core discipline for architecting human–AI collaboration systems that are intentional by design, resilient to hallucinations, and optimized for real-world decision-making.

Building on this research, we engineered Enhanced Collaborator Overlays (ECOs) and the WigginsMethod™ AI Compliance Framework. These are not standalone tools, but foundational infrastructure—designed to transform compliance from a regulatory obligation into the basis of trustworthy, scalable AI.

Ethics and compliance are not afterthoughts in our work; they are the starting point. We support medium and large organizations in navigating the EU AI Act responsibly, ensuring high-risk systems retain meaningful human oversight, AI literacy is embedded across teams, and alignment is actively maintained over time.
